  • Develop product concepts for global and regional market launches of Vision Technology Solutions (hardware, software) as well as define product positioning, strategies, and target groups for new products.
  • Create B2B, B2B2C and B2C Marketing campaigns
  • Execute global product campaigns together with local entities
  • Consult with customers and local entities to identify potential marketing needs, to support product adaptation and effectiveness as well as be a resource to local marketing managers
  • Conduct primary and secondary market research
  • Work closely with product management, regulatory affairs, sales development, technology and innovation, training, legal, and communication departments under established processes
  • Brief and lead advertising agencies, market research institutes and vendors
  • Plan and implement tactics with responsibility to managing expenses to budget, meeting timelines and deadlines as well as measuring effectiveness of projects
  • A degree of optometry
  • At least 2 years of working experience, preferably in a retailer company in the optical sector. Ideally with a strong focus on B2B
  • Product launch experience and project management skills
  • Experience in the fields of sales and trade marketing
  • Excellent oral presentation skills and written communication skills
  • Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), ideally familiar with Adobe suit
  • Fluent in English, written and verbal. Preferably with German knowledge
  • Excellent organization and analytical skills, the ability to work independently, intercultural skills and the willingness to travel
