locationsOberkochenJenaMünchenFull timeposted onPosted Todayjob requisition idJR_1023232Based on the defined IT architecture, a global solution design and enterprise-wide SLAs you and your team are partnering with regional and global IT functions and our global service partners for a continuous improvement of our Collaboration and Information servicesThat include optimization, standardization and innovation of those services in scopeA major focus here is to transform the organization towards “business enablement” that incorporates agile and smart solutions that help our business segments focus on “customer success”Ensure stable operations of the strategic Collaboration and Communication platform M365 to-gether with external service providers Effectively manage external service providers Build and develop an organization that operates large, shared environments such as M365, Mi-ro, etc. as well as interfacing Call Center solutions Align harmonization and innovation of the services in scope together with Zeiss’s major IT and business stakeholders across the enterprise Ensure that environments comply with security standards Actively drive standardization across existing platforms and services Manage external vendors and stakeholders Drive strategical and technical alignment with other IT functions and Business Units Support the Head of IT Operations in project and budget planningBachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience Strong experience in relevant IT functions Good knowledge of managing teams that support large, shared platforms Proven record of managing collaboration and voice solutions for multi-national enterprises Experience in managing service providers and external vendors Knowledge of agile principles and ITIL A high degree of independence, assertiveness and responsibility Openness towards innovation and new technologies Your ZEISS Recruiting Team:Join us today.
