locationsAalenFull timeposted onPosted Todayjob requisition idJR_1033437Your RoleThe vision of the Omnichannel Sales (OCS) organization is to enable online sales of complete spectacles to our customers (ECPs). The Head of OCS Design and Strategy is an instrumental position to ensure customer centricity and data-based decisions in the Omnichannel Sales organization. The position holder will have the responsibility for designing the right solutions. He needs to ensure the “market-product-fit” as well as the strategic alignment with the ZEISS brand strategy and ZEISS Vision Care user experience and product strategy. The role is key to steer and align the dimensions of desirable, viable and feasible for all OCS products and innovations. The responsibilities include:Initiate customer research, understand customer behavior and design Omnichannel Sales solutionsDevelop and maintain a global Omnichannel Sales strategy. Derive implementation plans for the focus countries together with the country leadership teamsCoordinate creation of an aligned Omnichannel Sales roadmap with stakeholders inside and outside of OCS. Ensure communication of the results as well as implementation of the solutions according to the roadmapRequest input from customer & consumer success team to measure impact of design and strategy decision as well as steer learning process based on the feedbackYour Profile3+ years of relevant experience on the job including product design, product development and product implementationIndustry experience on complex products in B2B and B2B2C environmentMulticultural experience in international companiesStrong understanding of strategy creation and implementationAttached to innovation, market trends and integrating them into product roadmaps and product developmentStrong communication and presentation skills to convey complex concepts to stakeholders incl. senior management and external customers/agenciesFluent communication - written and oral - in English and GermanAnalytical, data-driven with a strong understanding of customer & consumer needs and how to address themHigh level of flexibility and ability to adapt to dynamic and changing environmentsWillingness to deliver milestones on-time and qualityPassion for design, user behaviour and user centered methodologiesCapability of managing and steering projects via cross-functional intercultural teamsWillingness to travel internationally and to work with different time zonesHybrid working conditionsSimilar Jobs (5)
