Service, Wartung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Fertigungs- und Sonderanlagen mit dem Schwerpunkt Beschichtungs-, Ionenstrahl-, Wasch-, Sputter-, Plasma-, Reinigungs- und Vakuumanlagen
Optimierung der Anlagen und Anpassung an die wechselnden Anforderungen
Erstellung von Wartungsplänen und Optimierung bestehender Pläne
Anfertigung von Ersatzteilen, Zusatz- und Hilfseinrichtungen nach Zeichnungen oder Skizzen
Beratung der Kunden bei der Neubeschaffung von Anlagen
Planung und Umsetzung von kontinuierlichen Verbesserungen und Projekten

Ihr Profil

abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Elektroniker (m/w/x) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation, gerne mit Zusatzqualifikation zum Techniker (m/w/x) oder Elektromeister (m/w/x)
mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Service von Sondermaschinen
Berufserfahrung in der Automatisierung und Programmierung (Siemens SPS)
Kenntnisse in der Vakuumtechnik
sehr gutes technisches Verständnis
Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
Team- und
Kommunikationsfähigkeit
Eigeninitiative und
Verantwortungsbewusstsein
Bereitschaft zum selbstständigem Arbeiten
Bereitschaft zu flexiblem Arbeitseinsatz (Schichtarbeit, Bereitschaftsdienst, Samstagsarbeit) bei Bedarf
