Your Role To develop and lead the implementation of marketing automation and enable personalized customer experience. You own, maintain and improve our current marketing automation platform You drive the development of our marketing automation processes in order to sustainably increase the effectiveness of our personalized customer communication Drive the transnational operating structure and the continuous further development of governance for an omnichannel customer approach using customer data platforms and CRM measures Develop and implement customer segmentation programs in close coordination with campaign teams. Through close coordination with the business intelligence team, develop new data points for customer segmentation and algorithms for addressing customers (e.g. affinity scores, etc.) Establish best practice for personalized customer communication, , nurturing and lead scoring. Monitor and develop the lead funnel management along the customer journey to ensure an 'end to end' experience for customers and stakeholders Ensure continuous improvement of marketability of global customer database in coordination with the global sales organizations Define and develop KPIs and dashboards for measuring and reporting on database size and health, and lead management. Provide insights and constructive feedback to relevant stakeholders regarding the development of marketing automation measures. Your Profile A successfully completed degree in the field of online media, business informatics, business, marketing, communications or in related fields 3+ years of relevant professional experience in the field of marketing automation, either on the agency or customer side In-depth knowledge of common digital marketing automation tools (Marketo, Sales Force, Eloqua, HubSpot etc.) as well as knowledge of tools to support lead generation Ideally practical experience in targeting prospects and customers in B2B communication for products that require technical explanation Lateral leadership capability with experience in leading projects in digital marketing and marketing automation Knowledge of and experience with regulatory and legal frameworks for digital marketing globally (GDPR, CCPA etc) Understanding of how to structure and maintain databases Strong hands-on mentality as well as decision-making and assertiveness Detail-oriented way of working with a high awareness for quality and a strong collaborative mindset.
