locationsOberkochenFull timeposted onPosted 26 Days Agojob requisition idJR_1022280Your RoleUnderstand the omnichannel strategy and aspired outcomes in general and specifically the authentication, authorization and personalization for our customers and translate it into technical concepts, architectures, and implementable requirementsDevelop and own quarterly objectives and relevant KPIs for ZEISS ID relevant topics, including key points where strategic interventions are needed.Further enhance the functionality and features of ZEISS ID for IQS to enable the IQS digital applications and deliver personalization for our customersDefine a roles rights concept for customers, business partners and ZEISS employees across different applications - all linked to the ZEISS IDEnsure second-level support for ZEISS ID and coordinate continuous improvement with ZDPDefine, standardize, and harmonize the look & feel of ZEISS ID relevant topics across all touchpoints in close collaboration with other departments and in line with UX/UIBecome the go-to-person for any ZEISS ID questions from application owners, sales, marketing, or countries and ensure that technical guidelines are appliedSteer the development of new ZEISS ID features in alignment with central ZEISS ID teamOnboard and train new application owners and guide them regarding personalization concepts and implementation of ZEISS ID within their application and the interfaceAlign global IQS ZEISS ID roadmap with overarching ZEISS ID development and roadmapHighlight potential road blockers and risks to top management for resolutionCollaborate with other teams within IQS Omnichannel programminimum of 5 years of relevant experience with significant technology background (i.e. Azure AD B2C)Very good communication skills incl. top management communicationWillingness to take ownership and make decisionsYou like to work in a challenging international project setupExperience in applying methods like Agile, Scrum, Design Thinking, SAFe are a benefitExperience with E-Commerce and cloud applications beneficialYou are a team player focusing on resultsFluent in English, German is a plusYour ZEISS Recruiting Team:
