Project Manager (m/f/d) Sustainability Controlling & Disclosure

Your Role: You will independently manage non-financial disclosure and EU taxonomy reporting project You will prepare management report (monthly and quarterly reports) You will independently prepare audits and manage auditors ‘requests You are the responsible relationship manager for rating agency Monitor standards and legislations with implications for sustainability disclosure and provide the top-management with regular updates on changes Support in processes for ESG data collection and further development of indicators Collaborate with the different divisions to achieve sustainability goals and implement the sustainability roadmap Your Profile: International business administration/ economics/ finance (ideally with a focus on sustainability, resource management) Practical project management experience in the field of controlling and sustainability management in an industrial environment Writing of publicly disclosed sustainability reports Knowledge of common standards and norms of the ESG (desired in addition: GHG Protocol, ISO, CDP, SBTi, GRI, etc) Analytical and communication skills and enthusiasm for sustainability aspects High degree of responsibility, commitment, and attention to details The ability to engage and lead many stakeholders to a common goal in a dynamic and intercultural environment Business fluent command of spoken and written English and very good knowledge of German as well as the willingness to travel Your ZEISS Recruiting Team: Celine Gianotti Step out of your comfort zone, excel and redefine the limits of what is possible.
