Your Role

You will be in charge of leading a team of IT Security Engineers that implement and develop the IT Security in the following areas "M365 / Cloud application Security", "Cloud Security (Azure, AWS,…)" and on-premise Infrastructure Security
You and your team will draft, evaluate, select, implement and constantly improve solutions and service in the IT Operations with the focus on IT Security
Help IT Service Owners fulfilling the IT Security standards
Ensure that environments comply with security standards
oversea all projects projects your team is working on
You will help your team to find the best result for IT Security and usability
Drive strategical and technical alignment with other IT functions and Business Units, your main stakeholder will be the Information Security department
Will lead and motivate your team professional
Act as coach for your team

Your Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience
A good understanding of IT Security in the above mentioned fields and experience in maintaining and developing IT Security in these areas
Profund experience in IT Operations on enterprise level
First or profund experience as team head for a virtual team
A high degree of independence, assertiveness and responsibility Openness towards innovation and new technologies
