Ventures Team Assistant - part-time (f/m/x)


Your role

  • Assist with organizational and administrative topics to support our ZEISS VENTURES Team in Munich. You’ll be responsible for:
  • Calendar and travel management as well as tracking progress of tasks and deadlines
  • Organization of internal and external appointments, workshops, and events
  • Office management, general secretarial work
  • Providing administrative support to Operations Manager and Head of internal ventures
  • Responsible for purchasing and processing invoices

Your profile

  • A successfully completed training in business administration, communication or a equivalent field of study or training
  • First professional experience as management assistant in an international environment (1-2 years)
  • Distinct ability to think analytically and strategically as well as ability to grasp new and complex topics quickly
  • Excellent time management skills and strong organization skills along with ability to perform in high-pressure environment
  • Ability to build networks and keenness to work in intercultural and interdisciplinary global teams
  • Business fluent in English and German (must have) combined with strong communication skills
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office applications/tools - especially PowerPoint and Excel
