Your Role

  • Oversee the delivery of IT services, ensuring alignment with business demand and within agreed SLAs
  • Continuously assess and enhance IT service management processes, implementing best practices and standards to optimize service delivery efficiency
  • Work in close collaboration with other CIT-O teams and maintain high level of end user experience
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements, provide insights, and communicate the impact of IT Services on business operations
  • Identify potential risks to service delivery and develop strategies to mitigate these risks, ensuring business continuity and minimal disruptions
  • Maintain Digital Workplace operational model and ensure up to date state
  • Represent digital workplace services in projects and activities outside domain
  • Own Service Portfolio
  • Maintain relationship with other service managers within company
  • Actively participate in Digital Workplace roadmap planning and represent operations part
  • Ensure Digital Workplace service roadmap is living
  • Keep close contact with external parties associated with Digital Workplace domain

Your Profile

  • Have end user experience focused mindset
  • Have proven working experience in IT service management
  • Have proven working experience in IT Operations
  • Have working experience in IT in a large-scale complex environment
  • Have working experience in truly global environment - US, EMEA and APAC
  • Knowledge of different device management environments and their dependencies to other products
  • Experienced in coordinating and communicating complex tasks
  • Have working experience in operational technology harmonization
  • Excellent communication skills in English
