This is what we need you for

Lead and optimize the third-party (3P) marketplace business and social commerce globally
Develop and implement the global strategy for 3P marketplaces & social commerce and create comprehensive go-to-market plans
Lead the development and execution of rollout strategies for new marketplaces by building a commercial, technical and operational roadmap to grow Ravensburger’s DTC 3P business
Manage the P&L for all marketplace channels with responsibility both for top-line sales and bottom line profitability. Analyze data and generate insights to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments
Mentor team members including regular performance reviews an ontime feedback

This is what you can score highly with

A recognized online-marketplace expert with >3years of experience and in experience in the development of online marketplaces
High enthusiasm about working with numbers and data, with a focus on interconnected and analytical thinking
Experience in global and/or regional project management and implementation, including remote teams
Independent and self-reliant way of working combined with the ability to work in a team
Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders and business fluent in written and spoken English, German as a plus
