Our software development and testing teams are deeply experienced and highly specialized in creating digital health and life science innovations.We speak Health and Digital!Your responsibilities will include:Being the main orchestrater of activities around your prospect or client, with a clear focus on customer success (this includes but is not limited to sales activities, presales, consulting and ongoing relationships)Developing and executing account plans, with a clear focus on key target accountsBuild up a sustainable and robust pipeline, ensure accurate forecasting and account planningDrive customer success through strong understanding of their business and ability to strongly engage the ZEISS Digital Innovation value proposition within those customer communitiesPreparing and executing meetings and projects together with our teams and your customersManaging contract negotiations to closureOperating C-level approachDo you love deriving sales approaches through conversations with your target clients, which you implement as a team?Aren´t you afraid of approaching new clients with a market proven offering?Then our team is looking forward to hearing from you!You will also need the following skills and experience:Experienced with an equivalent solution selling methodologyExcellent communication and presentation skills on C1 or C2 Level in German and EnglishExperience in initiating, managing, and closing complex sales cycles partnering with Marketing Pre-sales, Consulting Services, Legal and all other relevant stakeholdersExperience in working with partners and stakeholders to enable them to maximize our customers successKnowledgeable in creating proposals with complex structuresBeing a self-starter and able to work independentlyExperience and understanding of the (Agile-) Software Developing market (on-premises or in the cloud)At least 5 years of successful sales experience with enterprise softwareWork experience in both an early stage and a large organization is an advantageExperience in selling to senior decision makersIndustry knowledge in medical technology and / or pharmaceuticals desirable (e.g. ISO 13485, IEC 62304, TSAX, etc.), but not requiredWillingness to travelWhat we offerOur employees are the innovative backbone and driving force of our company.
