Manager Compliance, Privacy & Risk – EMEA Hub (f/m/x) S/4HANA Transformation

Your Role

• Oversee the implementation of relevant regulations (e.g., FDA, GDPR) and computerized system validation in multiple (parallel) SAP S/4HANA deployment projects in a regional hub
• Manage effective validation plans and define quality measures to ensure implementation of validation requirements
• Drive exchange with E2E & IT streams to highlight and mitigate potential compliance or privacy risks
• Act as linking pin to ZEISS compliance & privacy departments (e.g., Corporate Auditing, Legal, etc.) and involve their experts on a need basis
• Report functionally to global CP&R1 lead and ensure that rules & guidelines from global lead are executed in the hub

Your Profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or similar, Master degree preferred
• 5+ years of demonstrated background in auditing of processes and IT systems or compliance & risk related work
• Relevant experience with computerized system validation, preferably in the context of ERP systems
• Demonstrated leadership skills to manage regional teams
• Confidence to interact with senior (compliance) stakeholders within the organization
• High motivation and ability to self-organize and proactively own and drive tasks in a complex environment
• Relevant experience with SAP would be a plus
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
