This is what we need you for

Act as the Product Safety & Compliance business partner for assigned product categories throughout the product development process
Provide practical guidance on product safety, sustainability, and regulatory requirements to enable compliant and successful product launches
Conduct product safety assessments and review product compliance documentation, labels, and product samples
Work closely with internal teams, external laboratories, and Public Affairs to address compliance challenges and implement regulatory requirements
Help shape the future of Product Compliance by improving processes, tools, and ways of working

You have a scientific or technical background, ideally combined with experience in product safety, compliance, project or quality management.
You enjoy working with cross-functional teams and are able to translate complex requirements into practical and business-oriented solutions.
You are a strong communicator who can build trust, challenge constructively, and communicate confidently in English with international teams and stakeholders.
You work in a structured and responsible way and have a strong awareness of product safety, compliance, quality, and consumer protection.
Experience with electronic products, applicable regulations, or testing requirements is considered as a plus.
