Als erfolgreiches mittelständisches Unternehmen im weltweiten Konzern sind wir die Spezialisten für die Herstellung von Schmelzkäse.

Zur Elternzeitvertretung (befristet auf 2 Jahre) suchen wir ab sofort einen Sales Assistant (m/w/d) für den Vertriebsinnendienst.

Die Möglichkeit für eine Weiterbeschäftigung im Anschluss besteht dennoch!

Deine Aufgaben:

Operative und administrative Unterstützung für das Sales- und Customer Service-Team
Angebotserstellung und - Verfolgung in Zusammenarbeit mit dem zuständigen Sales Manager
Pflege von Kunden- und Stammdaten
Koordination der Abläufe bei Einführung neuer Produkte
Koordination und Überwachung interner Abläufe und Prozesse
Erstellung von Marktanalysen, Statistiken, Reports und Präsentationen
Organisation von und Teilnahme an Meetings und Kundenevents

Was wir suchen:

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung/Studium
Verständnis für nationalen und internationalen Vertrieb
Erste Erfahrungen in der Lebensmittelindustrie sind von Vorteil
Hohe Sales-Affinität, sowie Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
Sehr gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift, 2. Fremdsprache von Vorteil
