Your Role

As an SAP S4 Consultant for the Service to Customer (S2C) area in SAP S/4 HANA, you will be responsible for the global service processes. An exciting transformation project awaits you, involving the transition from the existing SAP ECC to SAP S/4 HANA. In this role, you will primarily contribute to the development and implementation of the global template and work in a service hub for the rollout.
Furthermore you will

  • actively contribute on our global transformation program from SAP ECC to SAP S4/HANA and support the standardization and simplification of our global process landscape
  • be the central IT contact person for our business groups in the S4 service area (Inhouse Repair, Returns Management, CRM Integration, …)
  • work closely with the business groups to collect, review, and prioritize business needs in the service area and coordinate the implementation with the relevant parties
  • be in close coordination and collaboration with our internal and external consultants in a dynamic project environment
  • work on the integration of our S4 service processes such as logistics, controlling, billing and CRM integration

Your Profile

  • Degree in business informatics, business administration or a similar subject area
  • Profound knowledge of services processes like service execution, inhouse repair or returns management
  • Experience in the implementation and customization of service processes in SAP
  • Strong ability to work in an international and cross-functional teams, paired with a consulting orientation and good communication skills
  • Knowledge in the related processes such as logistics execution, sales and distribution, controlling, procurement or CRM (SAP / Salesforce) are a plus
  • Fluency in English is mandatory
