Your role

• Employee Engagement Strategy: Implement engagement programs, promote company culture, and leverage surveys for insights.
• Internal Communications: Develop communication strategies, create engaging content, and ensure consistent messaging from leadership.
• Leadership and Collaboration: Collaborate with departments and advise leaders on engagement and communication.
• Measurement and Reporting: Establish KPIs for effectiveness and use feedback for continuous improvement.
• Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): Ensure inclusive strategies and promote diverse perspectives.
• Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR): Engage employees in CSR initiatives.
