This is what we need you for

You will lead and develop the Global Toy Testing Coordination team in Ravensburg while actively supporting day-to-day testing activities and projects
You will ensure efficient and compliant toy testing processes and continuously improve our global testing strategy, standards and ways of working
You will work closely with Technical Product Development, Product Compliance & Quality Assurance to integrate testing requirements into product development and sourcing processes
You will monitor key performance indicators and drive improvements to testing quality, lead times and costs
You will manage relationships with external laboratories and partners, ensuring reliable results, timely execution and effective problem solving

You bring experience in toy testing, product compliance, regulatory affairs or quality assurance, ideally supported by a scientific degree or a comparable qualification
You have a good understanding of toy safety requirements such as EN 71 and ASTM, or are keen to build expertise in this area
You enjoy leading and developing people and ideally have gained initial leadership experience
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills help you coordinate multiple priorities and work effectively across teams and functions
You are fluent in English and combine a structured, hands-on approach with a focus on continuous improvement and practical solutions
