- You will lead and develop the Global Toy Testing Coordination team in Ravensburg while actively supporting day-to-day testing activities and projects
- You will ensure efficient and compliant toy testing processes and continuously improve our global testing strategy, standards and ways of working
- You will work closely with Technical Product Development, Product Compliance & Quality Assurance to integrate testing requirements into product development and sourcing processes
- You will monitor key performance indicators and drive improvements to testing quality, lead times and costs
- You will manage relationships with external laboratories and partners, ensuring reliable results, timely execution and effective problem solving

- You bring experience in toy testing, product compliance, regulatory affairs or quality assurance, ideally supported by a scientific degree or a comparable qualification
- You have a good understanding of toy safety requirements such as EN 71 and ASTM, or are keen to build expertise in this area
- You enjoy leading and developing people and ideally have gained initial leadership experience
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills help you coordinate multiple priorities and work effectively across teams and functions
- You are fluent in English and combine a structured, hands-on approach with a focus on continuous improvement and practical solutions
