locationsOberkochenFull timeposted onPosted Yesterdayjob requisition idJR_1027184Your RoleSupport in the conceptualization and planning of communication concepts for Ventures, both internally and externallyManagement of projects related to internal communication and implementation of group-wide communication campaigns on key topics • Support managing Ventures website with design, development and maintenance of the sameOrganization of internal events, seminars, and workshops (digital and face-to-face)Regularly interact with various stakeholders (executives, colleagues, work groups) to gather feedback, insights, and storiesClose collaboration with Ventures Operations` team, external partners (graphic designers...), as well as with the group internal Communication NetworkYour ProfileAcademic background in media, communications & marketing, business administration or other related fieldsSound knowledge of various communication and social media channels, target audience definitions and relevant platformsVery good skills in written expression and proofreading of textsStrong Project management skills with a structured approach and strong hands-on mentalityAbility to think analytically and grasp new and complex topics quicklyExcellent time management ability to perform in a high-pressure fast paced environmentAbility to build networks and enjoy working in intercultural and interdisciplinary global teamsBusiness fluent in English and GermanStrong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work in a team
