Your Role

Be part of the process excellence team and report directly to the head of process excellence
Be the Scrum Master of 3 agile Hunting and Nature SW development teams including Firmware as well as Front- and Backend development
Organize and moderate all Scrum events like backlog refinement, dailies, sprint reviews, retrospective
Actively promote the principles of Scrum in the in the organization and teams
Enable the teams to take ownership on results, enable self-organizing teams and to work together across organizational boundaries
Be passionate in continuously improving the Scrum team performance by identification and removal of process and cultural obstacles
Initiate alignment of project priorities with R&D management, product management and project managers
Continuous review of the tool chain and state of the art of SW development tool to increase process efficiency

Your Role

A degree in computer science or similar
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I / PSM II)
Minimum of 2 years professional experience as a Scrum Master in a Software Development Team
Minimum of 4 years professional experience as a Software Developer
Solid experience with Azure DevOps
Excellent communication skills in English and German
Problem-solving skills
Flexibility and adaptability
