In addition to completing a wide variety of tasks, the incumbent can expect to support the Business Sector Head in the following capacities:Consolidating and translating the business sector vision into concise and coherent strategy presentations and supporting documents for meetings with C-Level leadership and executive committeesAct as the reference point for communicating and managing projects between Product groups, Product Management, R&D and supporting functions in a corss-funcitonal and multinational team set-upConducting research and strategic analysis to produce helpful data and generate insightful information to support key decision makingOwn special projects in accordance with the business sector strategy and ensure a successful roll-outYour ProfileExcellent University degree, preferably in business, international management or engineering preferably with a background in medical devices. MBA a strong plus. Experience as a Consultant, Project Leader in an international management consultancy or 3-4 years experience in a strategic business development role Fluency in English and strong German skills; strong natural leadership with a collaborative and empathetic style, capable of working within a multinational company and as part of cross functional teams ; energetic self-starter with an unfaultable work ethic; flexible and willing to adapt quickly to a large variety of projects and expectations; detail oriented and able to quickly and effectively absorb new information.
